Products

We offer vegan, ECO-certified, cruelty-free, natural skincare products. We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but we reserve the right to make changes without notice.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Payment must be received in full before shipping.
Prices include VAT where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the UK and internationally.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, strikes).

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged-packaging products.

You may return unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return:

Send the product to our return address (provided by email).

Return costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

Exceptions

No refunds for:

Opened or used cosmetics.
Broken seals or missing packaging.
Items returned after the 14-day period.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin conditions from product use. Ingredients are provided for review before purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days.
We cannot accept returns for opened or used cosmetics due to hygiene laws.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will offer a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened skincare products.
Products without hygiene seals.
Gift cards and promotional items.

Refund Process

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item

Shipping Costs

Express delivery available at an extra cost.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
